I had such fun adding these white leno-weave/silver metallic sgtripe Bishop sleeves (elastic srist with ruffle) to this top! The THIRD neckline I did was a winner - this soft cowl style.  I even added Swarovski crystals to the serifs on the front We the People screen print on the front.  The hemline is shirred up at each side seam, creating a flattering lower silhouette. 
 
Fiber Content:  Cotton, and a bit of metallic thread in white fabric 
Care Recommendation:  Turn inside out to wash machine delicate, cool - and machine dry just a bit then hang to dry.  Steam iron touchup.

Circumference at underarm:  38" + stretch   
Lower circumference: 42.5" + stretch 
Length at center front: 16.5"
Length at center back:  23"
Length at side seam:  13.25"
Sleeve length from shoulder seam to hem:  21"
Sleeve length from underarm"  15"
