This great top is one I designed and stitched to create my Sensational Shirring Pattern Booklet.  I have now added a curled interlock trim in RED to move this cute top to my PATRIOTIC TOP collection.
Far out-pacing a 'normal' knit top, this piece features shirring at the raglans sleeve seams, and center front.  A medium-sized grey/blue strip creates the body and sleeve and a wonderful accent is rolled edge trim of a narrow grey/blue knit fabric along the neck, sleeve, and hemline edges - now centered with RED.  Definitely a One-of-a-Kind top! 
 
SIZE:  Small-Med.  It is shown on my dress form that measures 39" Bust, 30.5" Waist, 39.5" Hip

FIBER CONTENT:  From my stash, but my educated guess is a  cotton/rayon/ lycra blend.  
CARE:  I recommend machine washing cool/delicate and line dry.

Length at side seam:  14" - stretches longer 
Length at center back:  20.5" - stretches longer 
Length at center front from neck point at shoulder to hem:  22.5"
Length of sleeve from shoulder seam to hem at the top edge:  6" 
Circumference at bust level: 34" - stretches to 40" 
Circumference at hemline:  34" - stretches to 40" 
Circumference of sleeve at hem: 17"
