This Londa Original was designed specifically for Londa's Sensational Shirring pattern booklet — which means the technique you see here isn't decorative guesswork, it's expert-level construction with intention behind every stitch.
Navy, grey and white medium stripes run across a soft jersey knit body, but what sets this top apart is the shirring at the raglan sleeve seams and center front — a technique that creates subtle, built-in texture and a beautifully fitted drape that no standard knit top can replicate. The neckline, sleeve edges, and hem are finished with a rolled self-fabric trim in the same stripe, and a vivid red thread accent runs along the neckline seam — a tiny but deliberate patriotic signature that rewards a closer look. Self-fabric tie details at the shoulders add one final feminine touch.
