SHIPPING POLICY:  Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail whenever possible. Most pattern/book/notions orders ship via Priority Flat Rate Envelope — Flat Rate Envelope shipping charged at current USPS Priority Mail rates.

✅ Orders over $250.00 ship FREE to domestic mainland USA destinations.

✅ For Hawaii, Canada, and international orders, actual shipping must be paid before I can ship.Canada: $29.75 — International: $30.75, adjusted as noted above.If my system doesn't allow your country, please contact me and I'll make it work if secure shipping is available!

 

I✅ f actual shipping significantly exceeds what you paid, I'll contact you with a payment link for the difference before shipping.

 

✅ If shipping paid is significantly over actual cost, I'll refund the difference or include a notion of equal or greater value. This is usually only necessary for large, bulky items.

 

✅ *ORDER CANCELLATIONSRequests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Please note: once a day's transactions are processed, I have already incurred payment processing costs. For this reason, refunds are issued via business check, less my original shipping costs and any applicable payment processing fees. I do not process refunds directly to credit cards or PayPal accounts.

 

✅ RETURNS & EXCHANGESTo initiate a return or exchange, please email londasews@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

Returned items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery in their original,  undamaged, unused condition with all tags attached and original packaging.

 

✅ Please note:  A $10 restocking fee applies to each returned item

 

✅ My satisfaction guarantee applies only to USA-delivered products

 

✅ Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.  If a returned item is not in its original condition, buyer is responsible for any resulting loss in value.

 

✅ Non-Returnable Items (unless damaged or defective upon arrival):

• Custom or personalized orders, including garments altered at your request

• LONDA ORIGINALS & HANDCRAFTED FASHIONS — SPECIAL POLICY  Every piece is truly one-of-a-kind, handcrafted with care — these garments are not eligible for monetary refunds. However, if an item doesn't meet your expectations due to fit or preference, I'm happy to issue store credit as a digital gift card (redeemable on londas-sewing.com).  To help you choose with confidence, I provide detailed finished garment measurements (bust, waist, hip, length, sleeve, etc.) in every product description. Please compare carefully to a garment you already own or your own measurements before ordering.  If your garment arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact me within 5 days of delivery with photos — I'll gladly arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund including return shipping.
