Shipping & Refunds
Shipping is made via USPS Priority Mail whenever possible according to the following pricing matrix, which has generally covered shipping expenses. The majority of my orders can ship USPS Priority Flat Rate Envelope - and I charge exactly what it costs me: $7.35.
If actual shipping charges are significantly over the amount paid, I will contact you with a 'product link' for funding the additional shipping which must be paid before I can ship your order. For example: Sew Fit Cutting Mats. Accordingly, if shipping paid is significantly over the actual shipping expense, I refund the difference or include a notion of equal or greater value that complements your ordered products. However, this is usually necessary on only large, bulky items*
Orders over $199.99 are shipped FREE to domestic USA main continent destinations. This includes the Sparrow 20 Sewing Machine. For Hawaii, Canada, and any other countries, actual shipping will need to be paid before I can ship.
Foreign delivery orders are charged in US Funds at $11.00 Canada, and $16.95 + 1.00 Handling Charge International, and adjusted as above. If shipping via USPS International mail is secure to your country, and my system doesn't allow your order, it means that I haven't included your country as one to which I ship. Please notify me and I will make appropriate changes if I can confirm that secure shipping is possible to your country.

For orders on which I can no longer obtain a product and therefore must cancel, I refund through Paypal if PayPal was used initially. If I find I cannot fill an order on the same day it was placed, I can void the order with my credit card processor. Please understand that not ALL products I offer are kept in stock, and that my suppliers are free to discontinue products at any time without notifying me.
All returns MUST BE APPROVED by Londa via email prior to your return of that merchandise. Any return request must be made within 2 weeks of receipt of the order.
Shipping expenses TO you and BACK to me are at your expense, and not refundable.

In the event I do not find out that I cannot fill an order until AFTER the day has 'settled' - or, obviously, after you have received your order and desire to return it with approval, that means I already have paid the money for your order to be processed and would have to pay an even higher processing fee in order to refund through the card upon which it was charged.
Therefore, for authorized returns, I issue a refund business check, letting you know the number of the check I have written and mailed. Thanks for understanding. It is only with this policy that I can offer the monetary savings on many items at my website and hold my shipping costs as low as possible.
