What you provide:

Your garments, textiles, or materials to be upcycled.

Paid shipping both to Londa and insured return shipping of your completed piece. Accurate body measurements using Londa's provided chart, plus finished measurements of a similar favorite garment.

A 50% deposit of the estimated labor cost to begin.

Prompt communication and design input as your piece comes to life.

Payment for any additional fabric, notions, or labor beyond the initial estimate — always discussed before proceeding.
