This Carole Little top gets a patriotic twist with red serged edges on the flounce ruffles and a vibrant red strap. The elasticized upper edge allows it to be worn on or off the right shoulder, offering both style and flexibility. The top features a slight blouson style that’s gathered into a 3" double band at the hip, giving it a relaxed, flattering fit. Though sized as a Medium by Carole Little, I'd say it could easily fit a Large as well due to its loose, forgiving shape. Made from a soft 95% polyester, 5% spandex blend, this top offers comfort and a touch of playful elegance.
