This is uncut and factory-folded condition.  Larger sizes are hard to find in vintage patterns.  
"Loose-fitting, A-line dress, mid-knee, ankle or runic length has self or contrast pointed collar and front-buttoned band closing.  Full length sleeves gathered into self or contrast buttoned cuffs.  With or without self ruffles, scarf, patch pockets and topstitch trim.  Straight-legged pants are darted into waistline.  Ribbon or purchased belts hold in fullness at waist. "
