In the 1st Video of this Part B you will learn:  my technique for basic necklines - both Round and V. Learn my special step for Bound Necklines, how to balance the bulk in Ribbed Necklines, and the extra step that results in professional-looking Fold Over Elastic. Both Mitered V necklines and Lapped V necklines are taught step-by-step.
 
In the 2nd Video of this Part B you will learn:  ALL about Twin Needle Stitching, and simple yet unique necklines using twists and shirring with elastic thread (both in the bobbin and in chain loopers of sergers).
