I was given 2 huge bags of promo cotton T's that had been dyed in a swimming pool - that's truly all I know, but designing with these has been both a challenge and a treat.  Leftover Poly Knit Print Jersey left over from a dress seemed to 'go with' the pool dyed fabric, so ... together then went!  Flounces finish the sleeves at a 3/4" length, and the skirt is also full circle with a cut hemline edge.  Elastic nips in the empire style line under the bust.  
FIBER CONTENT:  cotton/poly
RECOMMENDED CARE:  machine wash and dry

Bust Circumference:  stretches to 42"
Knit Sleeve where flounce attaches:  12"
