This tunic top is one of the sample garments from my pattern:  Trendy Tunic Tops.  I love it, but my closetS are full!  I worked it all on a loop-back sweatshirt that I'd purchased - which became the bodice.  The lacy fabric has a striped backside, that I used as you can see in a narrow 'flange' trim at the neckline, cuffs, and hip line.  The lower flounce is of wool doubleknit - a LOVELY fabric, but which requires hand-washing, as it will shrink and felt if machine-washed.  Thus...the handwash/cryclean care recommended.  :)

FIBER CONTENT:  cotton, polyester, wool 
 
CARE:  I recommend hand washing and line drying or dry clean because of the wool double-knit flounce bottom.

Length at side seam:  27.5" total including neckband
Length at side seam to flounce:  13" 
Length at center back:  41" total including neckband
Length at center back to flounce:  25.5" 
Length at center front: 35.5" incuding neckband 
Length at center front to flounce:  20"
Length of sleeve from shoulder seam to hem:  23.25"
 
Circumference at bust level:  35" but stretches 
Circumference at hip where flounce joins the top:  40"
Circumference at hem: 142"
