This great skirt was created from ruffle fabric all the rage a few years back - 100% polyester, with knit lining as shown in the additional pic.
Elastic waist stretches from 28" to 36"
Can be worn with 'waterfall' at center front, over leg, or center back.... any way worn it is a flattering skirt, and comfortable. Great for the beach.
