Ball Point Bodkin
Londa says:  "This is absolutely my FAVORITE tool for pushing out edges.  It seems either the ball point end works, or the flat 'eye' end works perfectly, and is safe for use by my young sewers at the Sunroom Sewing Studio."  The video above in the 2nd image below the large one is a quick video about this ball point bodkin. 

The eye is great for threading ribbons, elastics, and cord. Round, ball-point end helps turn points and curves without fear of tearing the fabric. Eleanor Burns recommends this bodkin.
