This is an exceptionally heavy red cotton top on which I replaced the collar and sleeve/lower bands  with an equally heavy poly/rayon/lycra navy ponte knit.  Bias cut necktie strips, layered create the 'Fabric Fur Trim' that is centered with red couched yarn.  Truly a detail you'll never find in ready-to-wear. 
This is a great shirt - to dress up with a nice navy trouser or down with jeans.
