Sewing Thread Collection - Polyester and Metallic 
 
I was gifted with the Sewing Supplies of a great Sewist who has moved onto heaven.  I am offering her precious items for sale annd donating proceeds to our local Lifewise Academy which brings Christian education to public school students.  
 
This is a nice collection - mostly of polyester thread, except the 3 narrow spools in lower left hand corner are Mettler 30 wt cotton embroidery thread.  For decorative stitches on a sewing machine, this thread is heavier and fills in GREAT!  When I was selling seiwng machines back in my dealership in Illinois, sewing companies told us to demonstrate  machines with this thread because the stitches looked so WONDERFUL! 
 
There is a bag of7 full and 3 somewhat full  various colors of metallic thread  - these alone are quite valuable!  I believe from my experience - and the bag in which they are stored, that these are Madeira, made in germany quality.   See the additional image. 
 
The majority of the other threads ae Signature, Coats & Clark, American Craft, True Sew Lily - all threads that I would readily use with beginning sewers on craft projects - 100% poluester.  
 
Most spools of thread are at least $2 these days - so at this price, this is quite a savings!  40+ spools plus the metallics...
