Shipping is made via USPS Priority Mail whenever possible according to the following pricing matrix, which generally has covered shipping expenses. HOWEVER, if actual shipping charges are over the amount paid by any significant amount, I will contact you with a 'product link' for funding the additional shipping before I will ship.   

This is usually necessary on only large, bulky items.  Accordingly, if shipping paid is significantly over the actual shipping expense, I refund the difference.

Foreign delivery orders are charged in US Funds at $9.00 Canada, and $14.95 International, and adjusted as above.

RETURN POLICY

My goal is that you are satisfied with your purchase.  I have a 100% guarantee with the following exception. 

  • Books or patterns are NOT returnable under any circumstance for obvious reasons.   This includes PDF Electronic Delivery products.  

Refunds are made with a business check mailed to you, NOT as a refund on your credit card or through Paypal, (because that costs me even more money) and is issued only upon inspection of returned goods in pristine, un-used condition. 

For orders on which I cannot get a product any longer, or for some other reason must cancel, I refund through Paypal if PayPal was used initially.  If I find I cannot fill an order on the same day it was placed, I can void the order with my credit card processor.

PLEASE READ - Important in order that I can continue to offer you the very lowest pricing possible.....
In the event I do not find out that I cannot fill an order AFTER the day has 'settled'  - or, obviously, after you have received your order and desire to return it with approval, that means I already have paid the money for your order to be processed, and would have to pay AGAIN in order to refund through the card.  Therefore, for authorized returns,  I issue a refund business check, letting you know the number of the check I have written and mailed.  Thanks for understanding.  It is only with this prudent money handling that I can offer the monetary savings on many items at my website and hold my shipping costs to the minimum/   

All returns MUST BE APPROVED by Londa via email prior to your return of that merchandise.  Any return request must be made within 2 weeks of receipt of the order. 

Shipping expenses TO you and BACK to are your expense, and not refundable.
