The polyester sculptured velour fabric is absolutely lovely and in mint condition. The 3-gore styling with elastic waistband is an easy fit and easy wear. As shown in the 3rd photograph, it coordinates with the one-piece cardigan jacket+top of the same fabric plus a rib-knit. That top is sold separately. This product is for the skirt only - even though one of the pics shows it with a cardigan/top garment also for sale here on my website.

FINISHED GARMENT MEASUREMENTS  
Length at side seam:  35.5" 
Circumference at natural (belly button level) waist:  25" at rest - stretches fully to 41".  Waist elastic with stitching detail (see photo) is 1 1/2" wide.  Length given above includes the waistband width.  
Circumference at hip 9” down from natural waist: 48" plus sretch 
Circumference of skirt at hem:  88" - beautiful dancing swing!
