Priscilla Sweatshirt Jacket Trimmed with Batik and Silk
Priscilla Sweatshirt Jacket Trimmed with Batik and Silk
This jacket is one of the cover jackets from my book: Creative Sweatshirt Jackets...Londa's Way Book 2. It is a cardigan style, meant to hang open at the center front. The lower hemline, cuffs, and center front/neckline are all trimmed with batik cotton, accented with lime and aqua silk dupioni. An eyelash yarn is couched at the interior edges of the trim to add just the perfect amount of interest. To give a nice back hemline fit, I added a tuck. This cardigan jacket style is meant to hang open at the center front - and that fact is included in the finished garment measurements givenn below. This color is gorgeous on most EVERYONE.
There is a very subtle spot on the sweatshirt at the lower right corner. I'm happy to send a picture if you like.
I valued this jacket at $250 while using it as a sample.
I would classify this as a size: Large
