Pine Sweater Knit Twin-Set - Size Large
Pine Sweater Knit Twin-Set - Size Large
This lovely twin sweater-set was one of many sample garments I created for my Flirty Flounces and Twin Set Tweaks patterns. The flounce-trimmed sweater is a nice rib-knit 'St. John' type knit. The 3/4 length sleeves are 'cuffed' with a combination of the solid and the rib knit. The solid surface flounce matches the shell. The shell is darted (dart a bit low for the bust level on my mannequin) for a nice fit, with my nice retentive clear elastic-encased edging at the scoop neckline and armholes - which you'll find nicely snug and concealing under the arm instead of the typical gaping armholes. Twin Needle stitching finished these edges and the hem.
