This up-cycle garment combines a thrift store lace top, scraps from a print rayon dress, and navy crepe rayon from my Stash.  I had a ball on SuperBowl Sunday creating this garment.  I would call it a Medium-Large size.  The bodice is from the original dress and I left it with the original scoop neckline which is stretchy, as it is bound with foldover elastic.   The print rayon sleeves are 3/4 length.  The waistline is elasticized, so conforms to many sizes (and changes in YOUR waistline!).  
Purchase of one of my A Londa Originals means you have an ORIGINAL - you'll never see another one like it!

Care:  I would handwash/Line Dry.  All parts were washed initially.

Side Seam Length:  19.5"
Skirt length:  average 13"
