At my 2nd Annual Creative Get-Away Retreat in April, I managed to create this jacket.  Find it as AN ADDITION to the Talking™ version of my Book 2:  Creative Sweatshirt Jackets…Londa’s Way.

I simply combined the ruffle from the lower ribbing idea as taught in the RAHAB jacket with the simple bound edge taught in the RUTH jacket, and added couched Ozark Homespun Yarns with a combination of couching and a bit of needle felting. SIMPLE and QUICK!!!!
