Sew… the Comfort Color sweatshirts are smaller in general. Sleeves are definitely not as long. However, these are average measurements!!!! There is definitely variation – especially among aps brand. For transforming into a jacket – you just want to be SURE you have enough in the width around your largest part – be that your bust or tummy – and the “Body width at underarm” is the best guide for that. You can always take it in – but making it larger IS definitely more challenging! Purchasing a larger than normal size often bothers people because the sleeve drops increasingly with each size – especially among the aps brand.
