This new Grandma image and having baby Cole around just seems to have me in the mindset of 'giving birth'.....

1.  My first E-Book:  Creative Sweatshirt Jackets on CD is in and will start shipping on Wednesday.  Many thanks to all of you who ordered it 'site unseen'.  That was a real ego-booster, let me tell ya!  It is actually over 150 pages if you print it out....  All that is left to do is to actually 'burn' the CD's - they're all printed up and pretty already!

I've decided to add in even more value when you invest in this creative adventure....

Everyone who purchases my "E-Book" will receive a Coupon Code that will automatically give them a $10.00 credit on a Sweatshirt Jacket Kit - good for 3 months!  The kit ($58.95) includes:

Those of you who have already ordered - watch for  your Coupon Code to be included with your CD!

2.  Londa's Clover Notions - my new website will launch as soon as I return from a Joni & Friends 'camp' (where I'll serve as a volunteer showing God's love to a family with a member with a disability) - on June 17.  The more I have worked with Clover's products, the more I love them...and the official www.clover-usa.com website left lots to be desired (in my humble opinion), so I've been staring at the computer, entering products for days - and days - and days!

I'll be sending out another Newsletter and special offer soon after the launch....so watch for it!

Meanwhile.....one of the most popular items is the Asian Knot Templates!  These 4 templates, and the glue are flying out of here daily.....

Here is a special offer for you - 20% off the group that includes

Regular price:  $19.90     Sale Price:  $15.92

These can fit into a Priority Envelope - so just select the $4.50 Patterns Only option from the drop down menu on shipping on the Order Form.

3.  Fabrics on Sale   - to Make Room for the Great New Fabrics! Plus... I suppose I shouldn't have been surprised to realize just now that some of the sale prices I'd placed on select fabrics had expired - back in mid March!  AND, that I hadn't tended to keeping them steadily on sale.  (I think I've been snugglin a baby boy instead!)  Sew......................

Take a peek in the Sale Department - and you'll be pleasantly surprised!

* 50% off on Minkee    * 30 - 60% off on lots of great pieces, including

 Spring/Summer  Fabrics

This past week I've been at a Fabric Market at the Apparel Mart in Chicago....

Where I made some wonderful purchases!!!!!!!

My favorite vendor had absolutely scrumptions fabrics from a wonderful NYC designer -

Charles Chang Lima.

Read about him at this link:  http://www.fashionfinds.com/june00/pages/charles-chang-lima-1.htm

I was able to strike a deal for short pieces (3-7 yards) at a great reduction, so fabrics that would normally be $24/yard and up, I'll be able to offer at roughly half price!  I'm SEW excited about these, I can hardly wait!  They'll be in later this month.  Classy, classy, classy!

I had just spent a day touring the fall offerings at the Apparel Mart, so I KNEW I had 'hit the jackpot' regarding color, texture, etc.

I also have a nice variety on order from the designer Tahari....again at very nice prices!   Just know I love finding great fabric bargains to offer to you.....

I had a great time "Snoop Shopping" on

Chicago's Gold Coast....

Most Preposterous Pricing....

on a pair of holey designer jeans! ($1675)

I really think you'll enjoy my "Report".

While you're at my Blog - scroll down a bit to see a great Father's Day Gift Idea using the June Tailor Transfer Papers.   I've placed all of these fun papers on sale as well - find them in Embellishments.

Hot and muggy Illinois weather is upon us - but our first vegetable garden in years is all coming up nicely - yet another 'birth'!  My sewing studio is in the cool basement - so I'm set (and deserving) some serious creative sewing time!  Kayla Kennington has some new patterns coming in - but more about that next time!

As always - thanks for your sewing-related business!
