• Detroit, MI with the American Sewing Guild.  Friday, April 30 full day of lecture/demo classes (register by April 22-no limit to attendees) followed by Saturday, May 1 Hands-On Workshop - just a few openings remain as of today.  Contact organizer Laura at lauramarkusa@yahoo.com as soon as possible. 

• Platteville, WI  with the University of Wisconsin.  This appears to me to be a spectacular midwest 'clone' of the beginnings of the famous Puyallup Sewing & Stitchery Expo.  I am honored to be one of  quite a roster of teachers.  I have classes both days: June 4 - Hands On Workshop and June 5 - lectue/demo classes.  Registration is now open at this link:

I will get to SEW this coming week...... AHHHHH - since I get to be home 10 days in a row!  Keep checking my Blog to see my progress as create basic design linen jackets, using my collar and embellishment ideas from my Chosen pattern.  Please post comments, but realize they won't appear until I approve them.  I have it set so that I must approve posts before you see them appear to eliminate 'un-related' posts that weird and not-nice people post on blogs.    Thanks for understanding.
